Our mission is to make it easy to buy and sell preloved clothing and accessories.
But sometimes, we understand that there may be disputes between buyers and sellers. We try our best to minimize these disputes by reminding sellers to describe their items in full, including any flaws. If the buyer would like to initiate a return for the reasons listed below, the buyer has 2 days after receipt of the goods to initiate a return. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost for point one below only.
Reasons for returns include:
The item doesn’t fit.
The item is not as represented in the description or image listed or the item is faulty or damaged and this was not mentioned in the listing If a buyer receives an item that is damaged, and it wasn’t described in the item listing, the buyer should reach out to us directly at hello@sav-vie.com with the subject line “Damaged Purchase” with supporting images and we will initiate a return. The buyer will not be charged for shipping in these cases.
Buyers have 2 days to initiate a return, if they fail to initiate a return by the end of day 2 the dispute case will be considered closed.
